backup copy of the file before proceeding. Create a new game and save it
without any changes. Use a text editor to edit the "*.fds" file in
the "\prison tycoon\data\maps" folder. Find the line:

Replace it with:
<STATISTICS>

</STATISTICS>
Save, then load that game to
have $900,000,000.
