There are 4 possible reasons why your credit card is being declined: 1. You may be trying to use a card we do not accept. If you get the error message "Rejected by fraud screen" this almost always means that the billing information you entered does not match your bank statement. Example, if you live at 123 Main Street, "street" can sometimes be shortened to "st". If the bank has your address as "street", this is how it needs to be entered on the payment screen. Check to make sure that you have the correct country selected if you live outside the United States. Also, if you have a space or a dash in your postal/zip code, please be sure to include that space or dash as well.
