I'm getting the error "Cannot run multiple instances".
Please reboot your computer so that any previously downloaded versions of the game have been properly closed. If this doesn't work please follow these steps:
If you are running Windows XP or Windows 2000:
1. Right click on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select "Task Manager".
3. In the "Processes" tab, scroll down the list and you should see more than one
process with the game's name. Select the duplicated ones.
4. Select "End Process".
If you are running Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Me:
1. Press CTRL + ALT + Del - A "Close Program" dialog box will appear.
2. Scroll down the list and you should see more than one process
with the game's name. Select the duplicated ones.
3. Click "End Task".
Now try running the game. If it still doesn't work, please uninstall the
game and download it again.
