Each time the credit card is effectively charged you automatically receive an email with an order number, so if you only have one receipt you have only been charged once. If you have more than one receipt please contact our Customer Support Team and include all order #'s you received. However, almost all duplicate charges are not 'real' charges, but simply 'requests for authorization'. If you try to purchase something using your credit card (not just from our website) and the order fails, most banks still hold the money you were going to pay as unavailable. This is not the same as being 'charged', but from the client's point of view it may look that way. Orders can fail due to a number of reasons, including rejection by your bank, incorrect data, errors while transmitting the data, etc. For every failed attempt to complete the order the banks create another temporary charge. So if you try to purchase a game and get an error message, and then try again and still get an error message., this would create 2 temporary charges. These 'transactions' that you are seeing will drop off your account in a few days (can take up to a month), some banks are quicker at erasing these charges than other banks, in some cases the pending 'transactions' are deleted in just a few minutes, it all depends on your bank's policy, this is not decided or controlled by us.
