I purchased a game but I constantly have to re-enter the activation code.

This may happen if you are using Windows Vista. At this time most of the games on our site were developed for Windows XP and prior Windows operating systems. We are working closely with Microsoft to make all of our game library Vista Compatible.

Please try these steps:

1) Tell Vista to run the game in Windows XP compatibility. Right click on the game's shortcut, select Properties, and go to the "Compatibility" setting.

2) Try using an administrator account in Windows Vista.
